Join Helpshift's Data Platform team to build scalable analytics and AI-driven data solutions powering millions of customer interactions. You'll work on high-scale data pipelines, Snowflake Cortex, and Agentic AI use cases while optimising performance and cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Snowpark, Python & SQL.
  • Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions with Snowflake Cortex.
  • Optimise Snowflake performance, query efficiency, and compute costs.
  • Design scalable data models for analytics and AI workloads.
  • Maintain engineering best practices, CI/CD, observability, and data quality.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Data Engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake (data modelling, schema design, Snowpark).
  • Experience with Snowflake Cortex and GenAI/LLM applications.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Knowledge of LLM optimisation, vector search, and Agentic AI.
  • Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and production data platforms.
  • Good understanding of security, RBAC, monitoring, and reliability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
