About this Position: Support digital transformation projects by gathering business requirements, preparing BRDs and user stories, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, assisting with UAT and defect tracking, maintaining project documentation, supporting SharePoint, Power Apps, Excel, and Power BI activities, and facilitating collaboration between business and IT teams to drive continuous process improvement. What you´ll do: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for digitalization initiatives. Support preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, and user stories.
Coordinate with business stakeholders for requirement clarification and approvals. Track project activities and follow up with vendors for timely delivery of solutions. Support testing activities including preparation of test cases, execution of UAT, and defect tracking.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes. Assist in SharePoint, Power Apps, and other business application-related activities. Support data analysis and dashboard preparation using Excel and Power BI.
Act as a coordination point between business users, vendors, and IT teams. Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
