About this Position
Join our Global Adhesives Sales Excellence team and contribute to initiatives, tools, and processes that enable our sales organization to execute its strategy successfully and drive business growth.What you´ll do
- Support the adoption of modern sales enablement approaches, including digital tools, social selling, data analytics, and AI-powered sales productivity solutions
- Facilitate the execution and continuous improvement of our global social selling strategy leveraging LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Help drive the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of global sales programs, including our Voice of Sales initiative
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to support change management and the rollout of new tools, processes, and enablement initiatives
