What you´ll do Execute new packaging development projects, ensuring alignment with performance, quality, cost, and sustainability requirements. Define and manage project budgets to achieve planned objectives and deliverables. Ensure compliance with Henkel’s corporate Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards, policies, and procedures.
Drive packaging sustainability initiatives and contribute to the achievement of circular economy targets. Support cross-functional teams in developing and implementing new packaging technologies and innovations. Ensure all new packaging solutions comply with international recycling, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Stay up to date with emerging packaging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Support the protection of innovative packaging developments and technologies through patents and intellectual property initiatives. Engage with consumers through various platforms to gather insights and translate feedback into innovative packaging solutions
