岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、对所负责项目结果负责，全流程管理项目里程碑、项目预算成本和开发质量;
2、推动跟踪项目团队按照公司项目管理流程执行开发工作，包含会议制度、task list及质量阀点等流程，确保项目过程管理质量;
3、对重大问题或风险，组织管理层决策，保证项目按时交付;
4、整合内外部资源，针对项目需求提供支持，以提高项目交付物产出效率和速度;
5、负责对危机进行处理，带领和指导团队完成危机的消除。
6、根据上级制定的考核目标，落实到工作执行层面，定期与上级回顾EMS达成情况。
7、带领项目工程师在项目开发过程中识别收集跨部门合作流程问题;
8、组织相关人员，制定改进措施并跟踪落地;
9、上级交付的其他工作。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，变流器/变频器行业工作经验5年及以上; 具备行业内资源者为佳
2、电气工程/机电工程/测控等专业优先;
3、熟悉项目管理流程（具备PMP证书或敏捷开发为佳），具备培训团队能力;
4、具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力，组织能力，分析能力和执行力。
