Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on sales-related documentation, including quotations, tenders, product returns, and authorization letters
- Support urgent customer orders and ensure timely coordination across departments
- Provide sales teams with product information such as inventory status, expiry dates, and expected arrival dates
- Prepare and maintain sales materials, operational documents, and business data
- Create and maintain system master data and AX codes
- Prepare monthly sales reports and business performance analyses
- Consolidate sales data, budget tracking, travel plans, and activity reports
- Support incentive programs, special projects, and sales reward initiatives
- Maintain and enhance customer databases for Sales team, consumable segments
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems
