Join our warehouse team as a Forklift Operator and play an essential role in keeping products moving safely, accurately, and on time. You will operate material-handling equipment, support receiving and shipping, replenish inventory, and help maintain accurate stock counts. This is a hands-on opportunity for a dependable, safety-focused team member who takes pride in doing quality work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work overtime, Saturdays, and some holidays is required based on business needs.
What You’ll Do

- Record product movements accurately and update the inventory management system in real time using radio-frequency barcode scanners.
- Complete receiving, resupply, replenishment, put-away, cycle-count, and related assignments accurately and on time to support smooth warehouse operations.
- Process inbound shipments-including purchase orders, resupply orders, and transfers-and ensure deliveries received at the distribution center by 2:00 p.m. are updated in the inventory system the same day. Document receipts and promptly report variances.
- Pull and stage outbound products according to picking lists, complete shipping documents, and notify the department Lead or Supervisor of location or quantity differences.
- Keep pickline, bulk-rack backup, assembly, and IBOD locations sufficiently stocked, and complete all inventory transfers accurately.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory activities according to established procedures and schedules; document counts and report variances.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, and immediately report accidents, damage, unsafe conditions, or unsafe practices.
