Accounts Payable Assistant

Join Hermès Australia as an Accounts Payable Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle Accounts Payable processing, including invoice review and processing, payment execution, and travel and entertainment expense review. You will also support the Finance Team with period-end closing activities and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance, experience in Accounts Payable, and strong organizational skills.

Missions

• Vendor Data Management: Responsible for creating and modifying the Vendor Database, and resolving Accounts Payable inquiries from vendors.
• Reviewing and processing invoices: Review purchase orders, invoices, and journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness, including invoice processing through online platforms.
• Assisting with month-end closing activities: Assist with month-end closing activities such as purchase order accrual checking, aged payable report, and actual spending follow-up.
