Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as a Cashier in our Miami Boutique. In this role, you will provide clerical support for front of house operations, process transactions, and ensure accuracy in all cashiering and POS activities. You will work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Missions
- Accurately record point of sales transactions at the register, processing sales, sends, repairs, and assisting in preparation of opening and closing procedures.
- Consistently provide high levels of service to clients within the Hermès standard of service, including prompt and friendly greeting, answering questions, and assistance with wrapping and packaging.
- Support the Sales Team by providing cashier service and support as required, processing payment transactions such as cash, credit card, and other applicable forms with a high level of compliance and accuracy.
