Missions
- Oversee the back office to support retail operations by aligning with the sales strategy and continuously enhancing the customer experience.
- Manage merchandise procurement in line with the sales strategy and ensure that physical inventory levels always match those in the computer system.
- Handle sales administration, remote customer interactions, and payment processing, and serve as the in-store point of contact for the CRM and the customer service center.
