In this role, you will provide personalized customer service, share the brand's history and craftsmanship, and develop long-lasting relationships with clients. You will also support customers with product information and aftersales care, maintain a customer portfolio, and participate in events and animations. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct sales, fluency in Italian and English, and a passion for luxury goods.
