Job Description:

Au sein de Hewlett Packard Enterprise, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Directeur Avant-Vente France HPE Networking, vous intervenez auprès de grands comptes sur toute la France et supporterez des comptes régionaux sur la zone Ouest ainsi que les avant-ventes de nos partenaires.

Responsabilités:

• Démontrer l'adéquation entre les solutions de HPE Networking et les attentes des clients/partenaires.
• Articuler les propositions de valeur business des produits et technologies HPE Networking et en démontrer les avantages clients.
• Convaincre nos clients en un nombre réduit d'interactions (présentations, démonstrations, PoC, rédaction de réponse à appels d'offres, soutenances).
• Assurer et participer au bon déroulement des maquettes/PoC demandées par nos clients.
• Apprendre et maitriser les dernières technologies réseaux, particulièrement dans le domaine de la mobilité, de la virtualisation du campus, de la sécurité à l’accès, du Datacenter et du SD-WAN,
• Créer au sein de la communauté technique des utilisateurs HPE Networking (clients, partenaires) un sentiment d'appartenance par la mise en place d'outils, de formations, de séminaires…
• S'imposer comme l'interlocuteur technique préférentiel des grands comptes assignés.
• Participer individuellement à l'atteinte et au dépassement des objectifs de la division.

Formations & Expériences :

• Deux langues de travail : français et anglais
• Une formation supérieure type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou Universitaire est requise pour ce poste, ou expérience équivalente
• Idéalement entre 5 et 7 ans d'expérience dans l'avant-vente de solutions d'infrastructures auprès des grands comptes français principalement acquise chez un constructeur et/ou un intégrateur.
• Vous avez un véritable historique de participation active à la vente de solutions d’infrastructures complexes auprès de grands comptes français (présentations, architectures, maquettes, défense d'offres).
• Vous avez démontré votre capacité à collaborer avec des intégrateurs grâce à une excellente compréhension de leurs problématiques et grâce à une capacité à défendre auprès d'eux la proposition de valeur associée.
• Une connaissance des technologies de LAN Campus, incluant les technologies de mobilité comme le WiFi et les technologies de sécurité d’accès (802.1x, RADIUS, ..) est nécessaire. La connaissance des technologies de virtualisation (VxLAN, VRF/MPLS), du SDN - Software Define Network - et des protocoles associés, ainsi que des technologies de type BYOD - Bring Your Own Device - est appréciée.
• Vous avez une pratique des langages de programmation utilisés pour les réseaux (de type PYTHON, TCL,..), ainsi qu’une bonne compréhension des interactions de type API (REST, JSON, WebServices, …)
• Des certifications officielles dans ces environnements seront un plus (ACMP, ACCP, CCIE, MSFT, …).
• Vous avez démontré votre capacité à travailler en binôme avec des ingénieurs commerciaux.
• Une expertise des solutions HPE Networking et de son écosystème est un plus.

The Consulting Systems Engineer is also a subject matter expert in their area of specialization (i.e., Mobility, Security, Branch, etc), responsible for consulting customers on end to end technical designs to meet their business need.

These jobs focus on selling to customers, typically through work that occurs outside HPE offices.

Management Level Definition:

Contributions include applying developed subject matter expertise to solve common and sometimes complex technical problems and recommending alternatives where necessary. Might act as project lead and provide assistance to lower level professionals. Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
