· Partner with HPE Territory Managers and Systems Engineers to convert successful technical evaluations into production opportunities.

Ensure Customer Success

· Serve as a trusted technical advisor before, during, and after the sale to help customers realize the full value of HPE Mist.

· Provide architecture guidance, migration planning, deployment best practices, operational recommendations, and adoption support.

· Proactively identify technical risks, adoption barriers, and customer health concerns, then coordinate the right HPE resources to drive resolution.

· Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product Management, and Engineering on strategic customer needs and escalations.

· Help maintain happy customers who become long-term advocates and references for HPE Mist.

Maintain HPE Mist Technical Excellence

· Develop and maintain deep expertise across HPE Mist wireless, wired, WAN, access assurance, location services, cloud operations, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
