Our team designs, delivers, and supports mission-critical private cloud and engineered systems solutions that power some of the world's most demanding enterprise environments. In this role, you will help transform support from a reactive function into a proactive, AI-enabled engineering capability by improving reliability, building resilient integrations, automating operational work, and preventing issues before they impact customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services, integrations, data pipelines, and factory systems.

• Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes that improve reliability at scale.

• Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications.

• Develop automation that reduces manual effort across onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.

• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.

• Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact business problems.

What You Bring

Required

• 7 -10 years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE, production engineering, or a related role.

• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and production environments.

• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar technologies.

• Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Manufacturing, factory, IoT, edge, or operational technology experience.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Familiarity with MQTT, OPC UA, SCADA, MES, PLCs, or similar technologies.

• Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and modern DevOps practices.

• Experience with AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, vector databases, or AI-powered engineering tools.
