Overview

We are seeking an AI Developer to support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of intelligent automation solutions that improve operational processes across the organization.

The role focuses on building and enhancing AI agents, digital workers, and process automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, ServiceNow, Power Automate, and related technologies.

This position will work closely with Service Management teams to translate business needs into practical automation solutions that improve efficiency, user experience, and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Design, enhance, and support AI Digital Workers and automation solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Intune, and other business systems.
• Build workflow automations using Power Automate.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Python and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Service Desk teams to define and implement Cognitive AI requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation workflows.
• Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
• Create process and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Analyze operational data and present recommendations for process optimization.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and user enablement activities.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in software development, automation, AI solutions, or enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience developing AI agents or digital workers.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Experience integrating solutions with ServiceNow.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience working with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting process-improvement or automation initiatives.
• Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience with SharePoint and Intune integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform technologies.
• Experience with Azure AI or Azure OpenAI services.
• Experience with .NET, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience working within Service Management or ITSM environments.
• Experience with process automation, workflow orchestration, or low-code platforms.
