Job Family Definition:

Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s business needs. Creates and maintains effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction. Provides the deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations. Aligned to specific products or product-lines.

The Consulting Systems Engineer is also a subject matter expert in their area of specialization (i.e., Mobility, Security, Branch, etc), responsible for consulting customers on end to end technical designs to meet their business need.

These jobs focus on selling to customers, typically through work that occurs outside HPE offices.

Management Level Definition:

Contributions include applying developed subject matter expertise to solve common and sometimes complex technical problems and recommending alternatives where necessary. Might act as project lead and provide assistance to lower level professionals. Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 학사 학위 이상 소지자
• 네트워크 제품군 Presales 경력 5년 이상 보유자
• 네트워크 솔루션 및 관련 기술 스택에 대한 깊이 있는 이해
• 고객 프레젠테이션, 기술 교육, 스토리텔링 및 문서화 역량 보유
• PoC 및 기술 검증에 대한 Hands-on 경험
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대 (비즈니스 레벨 우대)
• Must be customer focused and have the ability to design and manage solutions to complex technical issues using the full range of HPE Aruba products and solutions.
• Ability to interface with senior levels of internal / external organizations is required.
• Expert level knowledge with routing (BGP, EBPG, OSPF, etc)
• Expert level knowledge with core switching
• Deep knowledge with network and server virtualization.
• CCIE, CWNE, ACMX and/or ACDX expert level certifications are preferred.
