- 2+ years of front-end engineering experience working with both WordPress and React.

- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with front-end analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GTM.
- Experience adding logs, events, and instrumentation to support observability in tools like New Relic, Datadog, or similar.
- Understanding of SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimisation.
- Strong UX sensibilities and the ability to work closely with design and marketing.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and requests across marketing and engineering.
- AI proficiency - developed features using AI and built AI features
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with PHP or custom WordPress plugin/theme development.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks (e. g., Google Optimise alternatives).
- Experience with Webpack, Vite, or build optimisation.
- Understanding of tracking plans or event naming conventions.
- Experience with Figma, structured design systems, or CSS utility frameworks like Tailwind.
