Social Media Manager

Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who knows how to build a brand on social from the ground up and take full ownership of the company’s day-to-day social activity.

You’ll be responsible for the social media domain from planning and creation to community management, performance, and ongoing optimization.

This is an opportunity to shape how the brand shows up across social media, bringing together content, creativity, and business goals. You’ll help define the brand's look & feel, while deciding what content goes live, when, and where, and make sure it all comes together into a consistent and engaging social presence.

You’ll turn trends, ideas, and commercial needs into social content that feels natural to the brand, while managing multiple content streams and stakeholders at the same time.

What You’ll Do

• Own the brand’s day-to-day presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Telegram
• Build monthly and quarterly content plans and manage the content calendar
• Develop creative ideas, recurring formats, and social-first content
• Identify trends and adapt them to the brand’s tone and style
• Create content using AI tools and integrate them into the creative workflow
• Write copy for posts, Stories, Reels, and other social assets
• Brief and work with content creators, designers, editors, and external suppliers
• Connect social activity to commercial campaigns and sales goals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, CRM, and Sales teams
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize accordingly

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for a significant brand, in-house or at an advertising/social media agency
• Hands-on experience creating and managing content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Strong creative instinct and ability to identify what works on social
• Experience building content plans, managing content calendars, and handling multiple content streams
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong understanding of photography, video editing, and social-first creative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Canva and AI tools for content, video, and creative
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and data-driven optimization
• Commercial mindset and ability to connect content with business goals
• Experience with lifestyle, commerce, or large community-driven brands - big advantage
