Proposal Coordinator

Join HiBob, a rapidly growing HR platform, as a Proposal Coordinator. In this role, you will manage the proposal response process, craft compelling responses, and assist in the development of proposal-related tools and processes. You will have the opportunity to influence strategy and collaborate with various teams across the organization. This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in proposal management or technical writing, excellent communication skills, and strong project management abilities.

Missions

• Coordination and management of the proposal response process from end-to-end, ensuring comprehensive and compelling responses.
• Development and curation of proposal-related tools and processes, including a repository of proposal-related information and collateral.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to stay up to date on HiBob’s products and services, and to ensure alignment with regional and global teams.

Profil recherché

• 5+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management, technical writing, or a related role (preferably in SaaS/HR tech)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with AI RFP tools like Inventive, etc., as well as G-Suite
• Understanding of HR processes, challenges, and technology solutions is a plus
