Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung im Tagesgeschäft
- Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Meetings und Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Projektdokumentationen
- Koordination von Terminen und Abstimmungen mit internen und externen Partner:innen
- Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Meilensteinen und Projektaktivitäten
- Mitarbeit bei Analysen, Planungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
Unsere Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität oder FH)
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft
- Hohe Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und Neues zu lernen
- Klare und professionelle Kommunikation in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Pragmatischer Arbeitsstil sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten

Ihr Gehalt
Das monatliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.883 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird jedoch marktkonform und in Abhängigkeit Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung individuell und gemeinsam vereinbart.
