Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes for all departments, including engineering, technical office, project management, and site personnel.
Manage manpower planning and workforce allocation according to project requirements and business needs.
Supervise payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and personnel administration.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
Oversee performance management, employee development, training, and succession planning.
Manage employee contracts, attendance, leaves, investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee exit procedures.
Lead the HR team, monitor performance, and continuously improve HR processes.
Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for senior management.
Coordinate with project managers and department heads to address workforce challenges and support project operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including managerial experience.
Previous experience in construction or contracting companies is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, payroll, and personnel management.
Proven experience in manpower planning and recruitment for engineering and construction projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience preparing HR reports and KPIs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior management and project teams.
