Are you an experienced Dental Assistant Office Manager who knows how to keep a practice running smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff?
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Dental Assistant Office Manager to take a leadership role in our growing dental practice.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-office team
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
- Oversee insurance verification, billing, claims, and collections
- Monitor production, collections, and practice performance
- Help improve patient retention and overall patient experience
- Handle staff coordination, training, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with office policies and procedures
- Work closely with the dentist/doctor to achieve practice goals
- Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming office culture.

Requirements
- Experienced in dental office management
- A strong leader and excellent communicator
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing people and resolving workplace issues
- Knowledgeable about dental insurance, billing, and collections
- Familiar with dental practice management software
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
- Results-driven while still compassionate and team-oriented
- Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
Benefits
$65,000 - $75,000 plus production bonuses
