Dental Front Office Coordinator

About Us
We are a privately owned, fee-for-service practice founded in 1990. We recently completed a major expansion, growing from 5 treatment chairs to 14, and have added additional doctors to support our continued growth. This growth creates exciting opportunities for advancement and future leadership roles.
Unlike corporate dentistry, our leadership team works in the practice every day. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding patient care while creating a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling
- Answer phones and patient inquiries
- Present treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Coordinate patient care from start to finish
- Maintain schedule efficiency and production goals
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience

Schedule
- Tuesday: 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements
- Fluent Spanish REQUIRED
- Dental office experience REQUIRED
- Dentrix experience REQUIRED
- Weave experience strongly preferred
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Strong scheduling and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
