- Prepare bids and quotes for the Account Manager.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop proposals and close deals.
- Work with internal teams (engineering, support, implementation) to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Route service and project issues to Service Desk and Dispatch, which assigns the Project Manager or engineer; bring relationship or commercial issues to the Account Manager.
- Work in a team environment, be a team player, and communicate effectively.
- Attend required company and departmental meetings.
Other

What are consequences for non-success?
