The Team - Technology Solutions

Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of Salesforce, NetSuite, and OneStream. We tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

You know how to use Salesforce to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client’s unique challenges. You are an experienced Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Functional Lead who will serve as the primary client-facing subject matter expert on engagements. This role owns discovery, solution design, and client relationship management for Sales and Service Cloud implementations, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The Work:

• Lead client discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions for Sales and Service Cloud engagements.
• Design end-to-end functional solutions, including process flows, data models, and configuration specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to design and best practice.
• Present recommendations, project status, and solution walkthroughs to client executives and business owners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and additional Salesforce capability adoption.
• Mentor Business Analysts and junior consultants on functional best practices.

Here’s What You Need:

• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on Sales and/or Service Cloud
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations in a lead functional role.
• Professional services experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Sales Consultant and/or Agentforce Service Consultant - formerly Sales Cloud Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant (at least one required; both strongly preferred)
• Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models, processes, and configuration.
• Strong requirements-gathering, process mapping, and solution design skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.
• Flexibility to accommodate travel up to 25%.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below.The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.

Base Compensation Range

$114,886—$191,200 USD
