Site Manager / Construction Manager – Building & Infrastructure
Location: Rwanda, Africa
Salary: US$6,500 per month (Gross)

Highr Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Site Managers and Construction Managers for exciting opportunities on major building and infrastructure projects in Rwanda, Africa.
These positions offer an excellent opportunity for experienced construction professionals looking to develop their international careers while contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of construction activities.
- Manage building and infrastructure works to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers and construction teams.
- Ensure all works are completed to the required quality, safety and environmental standards.
- Monitor construction programmes, budgets and project milestones.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in Site Management or Construction Management.
- Proven track record delivering building, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programming and health and safety.
- Previous international or African project experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Willingness to relocate to Rwanda.
