AVP - Client Partnerships

This is more than just another sales leadership role. You would be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle of our high-end, robust, and scalable SaaS products. Your predominant role would be building recurring SaaS revenue, recruiting, developing, and managing a high-caliber sales team. You would be a proven sales leader working with enterprise clients, bringing a strong combination of experience, energy, and professionalism. A responsible sales leader would be managing a team of SP/SSPs/POD leads for O2C NA. Expansion sales segment and deliver leading and lagging indicator targets that he/she is responsible for.

Responsibilities:

• As a professional sales expansion leader, you will bring plans and strategies to achieve the overall company targets, ensuring alignment and execution of our input and output KPIs.
• To define the optimum structure, hire and develop talent to support our ongoing growth.
• To review business cases and proposals for all strategic accounts. Identify and articulate IR scenarios in a deal/opportunity.
• Constantly train your next level as well as the entire team on all aspects of sales: pricing, negotiation, pipeline management, strategies for getting executive alignment, and influencing the deals.
• Work closely with the leaders from other departments, such as Marketing, Product, and Consulting, to address all the challenges in terms of the product roadmap, targeting accounts, and generating a lead pipeline
• Detailed Auto pH Reviews, working with the Employee Experience Partner for the execution of the Disconnect-to-Zero program, managing attrition, etc.
• WBR's with the Sales team in India and other geographies, along with other Sales Leaders.
• Weekly business review with the team on input KPIs and output KPIs and tracking the progress of an individual.
• Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
