Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Manage campaign structures, bidding strategies, ad copy testing, and budget allocation.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS, and Impression Share.
• Analyze search term reports and implement positive and negative keyword strategies.
• Develop and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding approaches.
• Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Learn, track, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and platform conversion tracking.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, keyword research, and bid management(Applicable only if the person is from Digital Marketing)
• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into optimization actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Marketing Communications, Ad Copy, Content, and Landing Page design 
• Familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking.
• Experience with CRM integrations and lead management platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications(Applicable only if the person is from Digital Marketing)
• Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise Marketing environments.
