一、订单跟踪

1、跟踪订单全流程状态，及时处理订单异常及物流异常(如超时未审核、超时未发运、丢件、破损、延迟)，提升客户收货体验。

2、系统内逆向订单的跟进，操作订单完结。针对没有回库的订单，和供应商进行核对。l异常订单理赔处理。

二、库存控制与优化:

1、结合电商平台销售数据、促销计划、季节趋势等，制定合理的安全库存水平，避免缺货或库存积压。

2、定期盘点库存，处理库存差异，跟进滞销品、残次品的清理与退换货流程。

3、监控库存周转率、库龄等关键指标，提出库存优化方案，降低仓储成本。

4、物流包装的合理库存管理，订单管理，成本优化。

5、不断优化物流发货方式，进一步优化成本。

三、供应商管理

1、负责仓储物流以及包装供应商的管理。

2、负责每月仓储物流对账工作。
