岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 设备维护：订立维护方案和计划，确保设备定时保养、维护和检修。

2. 定期巡检：定期巡检设备，发现故障和异常情况及时处理和维护和修理。

3. 设备保养：保养设备，包含更换设备备件易损件，更换消耗品，清洁设备等工作。

4. 设备安装与调试：参加设备安装、调试和改进工作。

5. 记录工作数据：记录设备维护和保养的相关工作数据。

6. 处理设备故障：及时处理设备故障，确保设备正常工作。

7. 工作程序和安全规范：制定产线现场工作程序和安全规范，确保产线生产安全。

9. 异常分析和解决：监控系统/设备运行情况，记录异常，对异常情况进行分析并解决。

10. 设备运行状况汇报：负责设备运行状况的定期汇报，并及时反馈问题。

11.系统操作：负责产线系统配置及其他系统操作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 任职要求：机电、自动化等相关专业，具有电工证等。

2. 专业技能：熟悉常规机械结构、电气元器件，能读懂机械结构图和电气原理图。

3. 吃苦耐劳：能及时跟进现场情况，吃苦耐劳。

4. 相关工作经验：有自动化工厂设备安装/维保等工作经验优先。

5. 责任心和团队精神：具有较强的责任心和团队合作精神，良好的语言表达和沟通能力。

6. 吃苦耐劳和沟通协调：吃苦耐劳，沟通协调能力强。
