岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责上下料自动缝纫机器人的机械设计和开发工作，确保产品的稳定性和高质量。

2. 根据产品需求和技术要求，进行创新性的机械设计，包括机械结构、传动系统、工具夹具等，提高产品的性能和效率。

3. 编制并优化机械设计方案，包括零部件的选型、材料的选择、产品的可制造性评估等。

4. 进行机械设计的计算和模拟分析，确保产品的稳定性、安全性和可靠性。

5. 协调并与电气工程师、软件工程师、算法工程师等团队成员密切合作，完成系统集成和功能测试。

6. 负责编写机械设计文档和技术报告，包括设计规范、设计分析报告、产品制造工艺文件等，确保设计过程的可追溯性和工艺的合理性。

7. 解决产品开发过程中的技术问题和技术难题，提供技术支持和指导。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历优先，具备扎实的机械设计基础知识。

2. 至少5年以上机械设计和开发经验，具备丰富的机械结构设计和工具夹具设计经验。

3. 熟悉机械设计软件和工具的应用，如SolidWorks、AutoCAD等。

4. 具备较强的创新能力和问题解决能力，能够针对复杂的技术难题进行解决和优化。

5. 熟悉产品开发流程，具备较强的项目管理和团队协作能力。

6. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同职能团队进行高效的沟通和协作。

7. 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和编写相关的技术文档和报告。

8.具有缝纫机、模板机等相关设备研发经验优先。
