Casino Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Casino Operations Manager to own the operational management of a business direction and Brand × GEO portfolio — from platform selection and partnership kickoff through to launch, stabilisation, and scaling.

This is a hands-on role in an actively growing direction. You won’t just coordinate launches — you’ll be the operational owner of your area: synchronising all involved functions, controlling readiness and performance, managing critical dependencies, and keeping the business moving toward agreed targets.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Operations and may manage Project Managers within your direction.

⚙️ What you’ll be doing
Direction & Brand × GEO ownership
Own the operational scope of your assigned business direction, brands, and GEOs
Engage early: platform and partner selection, agreement initiation, and launch plan formation
Build the operational roadmap and set priorities across Brand × GEO
Define project readiness for each stage: Pre-Launch → Soft Launch → Full Launch → Stabilisation → Scale
Drive business priorities and ensure timely decision-making

Launch & scaling
Build and control the end-to-end launch plan for new brands and locales
Coordinate Go-Live preparation and control fulfilment of launch criteria
Run Soft Launch: monitor product stability, key services, operational processes, and team readiness
Coordinate Full Launch and transition to stable operations
Post-launch: oversee stabilisation and ongoing scaling of Brand × GEO
Coordinate new GEO rollouts, platform integrations, and onboarding of new partners and key services

Cross-functional management
Coordinate work across Product, Payments, Fraud, Retention/CRM, Support, VIP, Analytics, Acquisition, Affiliate, Legal, Finance, Development, QA, Design, and beyond
Keep functional teams aligned around shared direction priorities
Control cross-team dependencies, timelines, and critical path
Push decision-making and accountability across teams
Identify blockers and drive resolution or timely escalation

Performance & operations
Track overall Brand × GEO performance together with functional owners
Monitor key business and operational KPIs across the direction
Identify areas where performance requires additional intervention or reprioritisation
Initiate and coordinate operational improvements across teams
Control readiness of Support, VIP, Retention, Payments, Fraud, and other operational functions for launch and scaling
Coordinate resolution of critical operational incidents affecting the product or business metrics

Project & portfolio management
Manage roadmap, timelines, statuses, risks, and key milestones across your portfolio
Prioritise tasks and projects within your direction
Monitor team capacity and signal resource needs proactively
Manage Project Managers within your direction and define the scope of their projects
At current stage — independently manage a portion of Brand × GEO hands-on without a dedicated PM
Run regular status, operational, and launch meetings with structured follow-up on decisions

Risk, budget & reporting
Identify, assess, and manage operational and project risks
Escalate to Head of Operations issues that cannot be resolved at direction level
Control the operational budget within the agreed scope
Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, payments, partner relationships, and operational costs
Prepare regular reporting for Head of Operations / CEO covering:Brand × GEO status
Launch and scaling progress
Performance
Key risks and blockers
Decisions requiring management input

🎯 What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in Operations, Project, Program, or Product Operations roles
Mandatory background in iGaming / online casino / betting
Hands-on experience launching new casino projects, brands, or GEOs
Strong understanding of casino operations and how core functions interact: Product, Payments, Fraud, CRM/Retention, VIP, Support, Acquisition/Affiliate, Analytics
Experience managing multiple parallel projects or Brand × GEO simultaneously
Confident working with roadmaps, timelines, launch plans, dependencies, risks, and priorities
Proficiency in Jira and other project / operations management tools
Ability to operate at a business-priority level while going hands-on into operational detail when needed
Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in high-velocity environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity
English Upper-Intermediate or higher
