Head of Business Development & Corporate Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Business Development - Travel to lead strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence across the package travel (OTA) ecosystem. This is a strategic role where you'll help scale the travel vertical by driving new partnerships, optimizing supplier integrations, and enabling operational excellence in airline distribution and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and strategic collaborations.
• Drive expansion into new geographies, customer segments, and travel categories.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Build and manage a high-performing business development pipeline.
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch and scale partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from prospecting to execution.
• Explore and establish partnerships in domestic and international markets.

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the travel industry (OTA).
• Strong understanding of the travel ecosystem, including package tours, hotels, holiday packages, travel technology, and loyalty programs.
• Demonstrated success in closing large-scale commercial partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Proven ability to generate revenue through strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Established relationships with key decision-makers in the travel industry.
• Experience launching new travel products or expanding into new markets.
• Experience in a travel tech, OTA, or consumer internet company.
• Existing network with travel suppliers, aggregators, tourism boards, and industry partners.
