Guest Service Associate Housekeeping

The Radisson Blu Hotel, New Delhi Paschim Vihar is a 5-star upscale property on Outer Ring Road in West Delhi. It features 178 rooms and suites, four dining options, a large fitness center, an outdoor pool, a spa, and versatile event spaces

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, cleaned, and replenished with required amenities.
• Make beds, change linen, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities as per established standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or any unusual observations to the concerned supervisor.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously and coordinate with other departments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas.
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
• Ensure proper use and care of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and other materials.
• Follow all hotel policies related to safety, hygiene, security, and grooming.
• Maintain professional conduct and courteous communication with guests and colleagues.
• Assist in maintaining housekeeping stores, linen rooms, and equipment as required.
• Support the Housekeeping team during high occupancy, special events, and peak operational periods.
• Complete assigned duties within the stipulated time while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.

• Qualification: Minimum 10th/12th standard; Hotel Management/Hotel Operations qualification preferred.
• Experience: Freshers can be considered; prior experience in hotel housekeeping will be an advantage.
