Hill International is seeking a Scheduler in Los Angeles, California
- Perform complex reviews and analyses of contractor schedules to ensure contract compliance and schedule integrity.
- Review baseline schedules, updates, revisions, and recovery schedules.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive schedule review comments and recommendations.
- Monitor contractor progress and communicate schedule performance, concerns, and potential delays to project staff.
- Perform time-impact analyses and evaluate schedule impacts associated with changes, delays, and claims.
- Identify scheduling risks, discrepancies, and potential impacts to key project milestones.
- Provide technical scheduling guidance and support to project and construction management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional licensure or certifications strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of scheduling experience, including at least 5 years directly supporting active construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 and related scheduling tools such as Schedule Analyzer, Microsoft Project, Claims Digger, or similar software.
- Aviation and Transportation construction project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, schedule analysis, contract requirements, and time-impact evaluations.
- Willing to be full-time onsite in El Segundo, CA.
The salary range for this position is $147,000 - $167,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
