Analyst Revenue Accounting

This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN

As an Analyst, Revenue Accounting you will report to the Team Lead. You will perform daily accounting activities and complete reconciliations. You will investigate variances and analyze high-volume revenue data. You will partner with hotels and other teams to resolve issues. Your goal is to support a customer-focused shared services experience.

What you'll do during a typical day:

• Complete revenue-related accounting activities following established procedures and controls.
• Prepare reconciliations for hotel revenue streams and point-of-sale interfaces.
• Resolve discrepancies while escalating complex or high-risk items.

How you'll collaborate with others:

• Respond to revenue-related accounting inquiries from hotels and internal partners with timely, customer-focused support.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve data, process, and system issues.
• Participate in testing and implementation of system enhancements and process changes.
• Crosstrain on team activities to strengthen coverage and business continuity.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

• One (1) year of accounting, finance, audit, or related analytical experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and large-scale data analysis skills.
• Available to work on weekends based on close schedule.

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience in hospitality, revenue accounting, or a shared services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or of an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience supporting process improvement, system testing, or hotel transition activities.

The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $29.00 per hour and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
