As a Front Office Intern, you’re not just supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands-on experience - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support daily Front Office operations, including guest check-in/check-out and welcoming guests.
- Handle guest requests, enquiries and telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor daily arrivals, VIPs, events, occupancy, room rates and reservations.
- Assist with groups, crew and VIP arrivals, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Concierge and other teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Promote Hilton Honors and the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure accurate billing, documentation and administrative follow-up.
- Use hotel systems and equipment in line with established procedures.
- Participate in night shifts and support night audit when required.
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel products, rooms, rates, facilities and promotions.
- Consistently deliver Hilton hospitality standards and a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Support other departments when needed and contribute to a positive team environment.

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
Versatile, adaptable, and flexible.
Fluent written, spoken, and reading French (C2 level).
English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
A third language is highly recommended.
