Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You are responsible for assisting with the administrative and clerical duties of the Human Resources department, management of team member files, support of the hiring process, onboarding of new hires, coordination of training activities, and so on. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’re not just providing support to HR department managers - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Provide HR support: Assist team members and managers with HR enquiries while delivering a great employee experience
- Manage HR administration: Maintain employee records, prepare documentation, and support payroll and compliance processes.
- Manage communication: Handle phone calls, emails, mail processing, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate training and engagement: Support orientation, training programmes, recognition initiatives, and team member events.
- Keep the office running smoothly: Manage communications, schedules, reporting, and general administrative support for the HR department.
- Support special projects: Assist with HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the hotel.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Relevant work experience in human resources and administrative.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental labour laws and employment regulations, or exhibits a willingness to learn about them
- Hospitality experience is advantageous
