Qualifications
  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Hospitality Management or Tourism qualification is advantageous.
  • Relevant front office or hotel management qualification preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Front Office / Reception environment.
  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or Duty Manager is advantageous.
  • Experience in a 4/5-star hotel, luxury lodge or high-end hospitality establishment preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel front office procedures and guest relations.
  • Experience with Opera PMS or another recognised hotel property management system is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
