Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, Memphis, TN, or Dallas, TX

This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Manager Product Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Authentication (Auth) Product team reporting to Senior Manager Product Management, you will support projects including authentication, identity management, account access, member enrollment, and partner integrations across web and mobile platforms.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Define and prioritize the authentication roadmap, balancing security, reliability, performance, and user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Drive improvements to login, account access, and Join experiences by leveraging data, analytics, and customer insights to reduce friction and improve conversion.
  • Partner with engineering and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into scalable product solutions, manage dependencies, and deliver enhancements in a shared-resource environment.
  • Monitor authentication performance, resolve production issues and risks, and ensure secure, seamless integrations with internal teams and external partners.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with Engineering teams across web, mobile, and Core APIs to deliver high-quality authentication solutions while effectively managing dependencies and shared resources.
  • Collaborate with Security, Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional product teams to provide secure, seamless authentication experiences that meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, roadmap reviews, and integration discussions to support successful product execution.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • A prioritized authentication roadmap that improves login success, increases Join conversion, and enables secure, scalable partner integrations.
  • Successful delivery of authentication enhancements, including login experience optimizations, new authentication capabilities, and partner authentication integrations, aligned across platforms and business priorities.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional work experience in Product, Technology or related field
  • You are a product professional with experience in authentication and identity platforms, including login, account creation, account recovery, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure customer access solutions.
  • This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
  • Travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Knowledge of authentication standards and protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and MFA technologies.
  • Experience leveraging analytics, experimentation, or customer insights to optimize digital experiences and conversion.
