As a Front Desk Agent, you’re not just welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay truly special.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Deliver Front Desk Services: Perform all front office procedures, including guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Support Daily Front Desk Operations: Handle daily tasks efficiently, maintain an organized reception area, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues whenever possible.
• Manage Guest Flow: Welcome arriving guests, assist with lobby traffic, coordinate arrivals and departures, and ensure an efficient and pleasant front desk experience.
