The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and 8 food and Beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Spa Supervisor, you’re not just supervising daily spa operations - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Supervise spa operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the spa, fitness center, kids club, or salon
• Lead the spa team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
• Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
• Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
