Tu seras responsable de la réconciliation financière, de la gestion des relations partenaires, de l'exploitation des données et du suivi de la performance. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec ton équipe pour garantir l'efficacité des opérations et l'amélioration continue des processus.

Missions

  • Assurer le suivi technique et financier des flux de paiement, identifier et résoudre les anomalies du système.
  • Gérer les relations opérationnelles avec les partenaires bancaires et prestataires de paiement, garantir la continuité des services.
  • Exploiter les données de paiement pour analyser l'activité, optimiser le suivi opérationnel et piloter efficacement les flux.

Profil recherché

· Tu viens d’une formation axée Commerce, Comptabilité ou tech orienté finance.

· Tu as une très bonne compréhension des outils et de la chaîne technique de paiement (PSP, agrégations, processus d'acquisition).

· Tu as un niveau avancé en Excel et tu maîtrises la rédaction de requêtes SQL.

· Tu sais utiliser l’IA de manière éthique et pertinente.

· Ta maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et lu est courante.
