Schedule Options:

• 4-Day Work Week: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 3-Day Work Week: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (schedule determined by production needs)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician - Electro- Mechanical to support production operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting a safe and productive work environment

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment according to established schedules and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Work with PLC-controlled equipment, HMIs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electronic torque equipment, and testing devices.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints.
• Communicate equipment status and repair updates to operators and management.
• Assist with equipment modifications and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Support quality, environmental, health, and safety standards throughout the facility.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and machinery.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed footwear.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with:
  • PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)
  • HMIs
  • Electrical and electronic systems
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
  • Mechanical equipment repair
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Understanding of temperature controls, shop math, measuring devices, and basic machining operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
