Spacers/Despacers & High Reach Operator

We are currently seeking hardworking and dependable associates for our Spacers/Despacers team. This role is physically demanding and requires individuals who are committed to maintaining productivity, safety, and attendance standards.
Shift: Evening
Pay Rate: 17
Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to stack and restack approximately 40 lb. cases repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift
- Demonstrated commitment to a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical labor
- Willingness to work in a cold dock environment (approximately 40°F)
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of stand-up high reach equipment experience
- Demonstrated commitment to a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Willingness to work in a freezer environment (approximately -5°F)
- Strong focus on safety and productivity
