About the role:
Build and deploy AI applications in enterprise environments as a hands-on Forward Deployment Engineer with strong Python and Generative AI experience, working across AI agents, backend services, databases, data pipelines and frontend integrations alongside engineering and client teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases
- Build AI agents and agentic workflows using LangGraph and related tools
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Integrate AI applications with PostgreSQL, APIs and enterprise data sources
- Build data ingestion pipelines and integrate ML models into production applications
- Collaborate with frontend teams on React-based integrations and user experiences
- Diagnose and resolve application, integration and AI workflow issues in deployed environments
- Work with engineering and client teams throughout development and deployment, using Git-based workflows
Required qualifications:
- 3 - 7 years of overall professional experience, including 1 - 3 years of directly relevant hands-on experience
- Strong Python development skills and experience building REST APIs with FastAPI
- Solid understanding of Generative AI and LLM fundamentals
- Experience developing AI agents or agentic workflows, with hands-on knowledge of LangGraph
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, ML models and data ingestion pipelines
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative version-control workflows
Preferred qualifications:
- Exposure to React and frontend integration workflows
- Experience deploying and supporting AI applications in production
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerisation
- Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications and data sources
Interview process:
One interview round with Aptlogica, followed by one or two client interview rounds.
