Role Overview :
We are looking for a seasoned SDE-3 Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend bias to join our core engineering team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Delhi NCR. In this role, you will lead the architecture and development of high-scale, user-facing applications that serve millions of customers.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, performant, and intuitive digital experiences. By driving technical excellence and setting high standards for code quality, you will directly influence our product roadmap and ensure our platform remains a market leader in speed, reliability, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and build scalable frontend systems using modern JavaScript frameworks to ensure a fluid and responsive user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and design discussions to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Optimize application performance and load times by implementing advanced caching strategies and efficient rendering patterns to improve user retention and conversion rates.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical specifications and deliver robust features that align with long-term business objectives.
- Bridge the gap between design and implementation by translating high-fidelity prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible, and maintainable codebases.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, large-scale web applications using React.js or Next.js, with a deep understanding of state management and component lifecycle optimization.
- Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless communication between the frontend and backend services.
- Strong proficiency in modern CSS frameworks and pre-processors, with a keen eye for detail in UI/UX implementation and cross-browser compatibility.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and influence product direction.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple office locations.
