The opportunity
Join our Legal & Integrity team and help support business operations through legal guidance, contract management, and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with experience in corporate law, compliance, and contract negotiation who is looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and international environment. How you'll make an impact
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts under appropriate guidance.
- Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of corporate documents and regulatory filings.
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of compliance and integrity programs.
- Help ensure adherence to corporate integrity requirements, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and conflict of interest policies.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Support internal investigations related to business conduct and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on legal matters in Colombia.
- Maintain accurate legal records and contract databases.
- Provide practical legal guidance to support business activities and decision-making.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
- Degree in Law with a valid professional license to practice.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, contract analysis, and contract negotiation.
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contractual law.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
