Job description
Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our innovative team at Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam Co. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges across various industries.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
* Integrate AI solutions into existing software systems and platforms.
* Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project scope and requirements.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
* Document technical specifications, model architectures, and deployment procedures.
* Troubleshoot and debug AI/ML systems and applications.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
* Proven experience (1+ years) as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
* Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
* Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their AI/ML services.
* Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
