Apoiar o comprador em atividades relacionadas à área de Compras, tais como colocação de pedidos, cadastro de materiais e outros, contribuindo com a agilização dos trabalhos e atendimento das demandas da área.

Como você causará impacto:

• Monitoramento e follow-up das entregas de materiais, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos acordados.

• Emissão e acompanhamento de pedidos de compra previamente negociados pelo comprador responsável.

• Revisão e correção de pedidos de compra, assegurando aderência às tabelas de preços vigentes.

• Gestão do fluxo de cadastro de materiais, garantindo a correta parametrização e aprovação dos registros.

• Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis.

Requisitos:

• Possuir Ensino Médio Completo

• Possuir Inglês Intermediário (desejável)

• Possuir conhecimentos em Pacote Office (desejável)
